THE GREATEST ARTIST THAT EVER LIVED

As we all know, we lost the greatest performer of all time. I got the news from a friend and was shocked! I just couldn't believe it. I immediately looked it up online. CNN said that he was in the hospital and would not confirm his death. A lot of us were hopefull that he would survive this and would not believe that the King of Pop had left us. Finally at about 5pm we got the news that he was indeed gone.

I just wanna say that Michael Jackson was the Greatest ever! I'm sure many people share the same memories as me. My first recollection of music was Michael's. "Thriller" is the first album that I ever had. Might have been my moms lol... but I treated it like it was my own. I remember singing and dancing to MJ's tunes. I remember wanting a Jerry Curl like MJ. I remember rocking the glove and loafers lol. I remember how excited I would get when he was performing on TV. Or when a new video would come out. I remember writing essays about him in high school.

Michael Jackson... You've been part of my life for 30 years and I thank you for the memories, the music, the dances, the performances, the style. It saddens me to know that you are gone but you have left us with enough music to enjoy for the rest of our lives.
